JOURNEY OF CULTURE

Talk & Culture

Dear ICCTaiwan members,

Culture Talk is divided into two - first half and second half - sections in an ICCTaiwan year which starts on August 8th and ends the same day next year. Culture Talk starts in November to December for first half, and April to May in the second half. Each Culture Talk endures for five weeks at one hour per week, and additional sixth week may take place depending on opinions of participants. We would like to make the venue even better and more suitable for hosting our events; this means our gatherings will be held in our Culture Salon in a near future onward.

Culture Talk merged our previous International Cultural Conference and Language Courses, providing each participant to speak on behalf of their own cultures. Process will be timed for quality control purposes. We will appreciate if you can bring different information - all kinds are welcomed - and we will do our best to respond to your queries and even discuss with our attendee. We will not address any conclusive statement regarding to hot topics, giving maximized room for discussion. We hope to manage an environment where English is our primary language during Culture Talk and Mandarin for enhancements. Language usage may vary depending on attending participants and lecturers.

We are very delighted to have everyone come and enjoy culture exchange as well as language exchange by "Yes (will attend)"! Participating individuals will be collected NTD100 each person per time regardless of any consumption, cost you less than watching a movie in a proper theater, and half of the funds will be donated to local charities. And would be greatly appreciated for responding earlier, best before a week earlier. It would be your choice to enjoin the Talk we provided, and we highly recommend you to come!

You must attend the event to hear the stories of our Australian friend!

Kind reminder, all participants are required to adhere our Sharing Code : 1) Always ask for permissions from people that will be included in pictures you take, and 2) When you use our professional photographs, it is a MUST for you to tag or mention our club, ICCTaiwan. If you fail to adhere code above, your photos will be reported, and your right for participating our future activities will also be compromised. Last but not least, PLAGIARIZING OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES MAY RESULT YOU LITIGATION.
